Really yummy and plentiful breakfast and easy going staff!!!

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. The service was top-notch and made our stay enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the grilled seafood. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to relax and enjoy the ocean view. , the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The rooms were not well-ventilated, which made them quite warm and uncomfortable at times. there was no air conditioning or fans available, making it difficult to cool down.

I stayed here for a trip and would like to come again. The breakfast was really yummy with Sri Lankan dishes, curries and ' goodies', the staffing teams were absolutely kind. The hotel had indeed a marvellous and lovely location right in the shore. Stopped by "edriyan" Coffee shop to get some coffee and treats, it's next door to the venue, recommend. Thanks to a good service I had a very nice stay.

Staying by the sea is one of the best things about Sri Lanka, and this hotel's location delivers. It's close to the beach, making it easy to go swimming or sunbathing whenever you feel like it. the rooms are spacious and clean, with nice balconies. the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast is pretty good, and it's served on a beautiful beachfront restaurant.

My stay at the beachfront villa was absolutely amazing. The sound of the sea lulling me to sleep was pure bliss. The restaurant served delicious and affordable food, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. I even got an early breakfast before catching my bus to Colombo. Highly recommended. I had a great experience at this hidden gem.

We had a great stay at a peaceful beach villa. The room was spacious with excellent air conditioning and hot water. The restaurant offered delicious food at decent prices. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the sound of the waves. The convenience of paying with a card was a plus. we highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at Frangipani for 7 days and loved it! The hotel is right on the beach and has a great relaxed atmosphere. The staff were the friendliest we encountered in Sri Lanka. The budget double room I booked turned out to be the best located room with a seafront balcony. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the aircon worked well. The shared balcony was comfortable and the pool area was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and dining on the beach was a special experience. a fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach where we could relax in the hotel's own beach chairs. The beach itself was stunning, with no big hotels around, so it felt private and exclusive. The service here was top-notch, with room service available and the option to hire a car or book an airport shuttle. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and the staff were always there to assist us with any requests.

Great beachfront location and friendly staff made our holiday enjoyable. We enjoyed the fresh seafood and the relaxing beach chairs and hammocks. the hotel offers reliable transportation for sightseeing which was very convenient.

The rooms were quite basic and lacked amenities such as air conditioning and proper lighting. the cleanliness of the rooms could also use some improvement.

Great room right on the beach with a stunning ocean view. The room was clean and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The beachfront location was a major plus, as I could easily access the beach and enjoy the beautiful waves. The restaurant/bar by the beach was fantastic, offering delicious cocktails and a great atmosphere. The fact that the pool was just a short walk down the beach was an added bonus.

Just a minor issue, but it would have been helpful if the staff had informed us about the time they lock up for the night. We arrived back from dinner late one evening to find ourselves locked out.
